Your food choices can significantly impact your ability to resolve, battle, or even prevent a chronic condition.  Are you willing to give yourself just 3 weeks to test drive a low-cost, side effect-free alternative to a lifetime of repeated surgeries, drugs, and side effects?

My Approach

I present a new paradigm for nutrition, one which is based on sound, evidenced-based research, to enable people not only to prevent, reverse, or battle chronic, degenerative disease, but also to achieve optimal health through dietary excellence.

I meet with people individually or in groups to introduce them to the enormous benefits of a plant-based lifestyle and to show them that it is easier to adopt than most people think.

Research indicates that it takes approximately three weeks to change a habit.  I help interested clients "test drive" this new way of living for three weeks and then if clients want to continue feeling fabulous and full of energy, I assist them with a more permanent transition.



My Background

With an undergraduate and graduate degree in finance and 13 years of experience in the corporate finance world, I chose to switch careers in order to share what I've learned about how food choices can affect your health and likelihood of disease.

I completed the only collegiate program in the country focused on the medical benefits of a plant-based lifestyle from Cornell University.  The curriculum is grounded in the most comprehensive studies of nutrition conducted to-date.

I am Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

With this lifestyle choice, I was able to lose over 50 pounds and keep it off and resolve an autoimmune condition known as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura or ITP.  My body was attacking and destroying my platelets.  I could have faced the removal of my spleen or platelet transfusions.  A low-fat, plant-based lifestyle made a dramatic difference in my life.
